Present perfect worksheet

Today we are going to review the present perfect tense.

El "present perfect" de cualquier verbo está compuesto por dos elementos: la forma apropiada del verbo auxiliar to have (en presente) y el "past participle" del verbo principal. La forma del "past participle" de un verbo regular es raíz+ed, e.g. played, arrived, looked. Acordaros que con los verbos irregulares hay que mirar en la tercera columna (past participle).

Comenzamos esta semana con el repaso de las unidades que hemos estudiado a lo largo del curso. Ya os he comentado en las videollamadas que esta semana comenzaríamos a utilizar fichas interactivas para repasar. Ya no vais a necesitar el Activity Book.
A partir de ahora tendréis que hacer las fichas que publicaré en el blog y completarlas de la siguiente manera:

1- Completar los ejercicios.

2-Hacer click en Terminado.

3- Hacer en clic en Enviar mis respuestas a mi profesor/a es ⚠importante que

hagáis esto y no le deis a "Comprobar mis respuestas" porque sino ya no lo podéis enviar.

4- Os saldrá una imagen como la que aparece abajo, en la que tenéis que rellenar los siguientes datos.

• Introducir tu nombre y apellidos.
• Curso/nivel: 5ºA o 5ºB dependiendo de la clase en la que estés.
• Asignatura de la que has hecho la ficha ( inglés, lengua,)
• Email al que enviáis siempre las tareas.

TOO MUCH /TOO MANY

Recordad que usamos too much y too many para hablar sobre una cantidad que es mayor de lo que queremos o necesitamos.

• Too much se usa con sustantivos incontables: There is too much salt in the soup
• Too many se usa con sustantivos contables: There are too many people at this party!

Debemos tener en cuenta que para indicar la idea contraria no nos sirve decir there isn’t too much/too many, ya que esto indicaría que no hay mucho de lo que sea, pero podría ser suficiente.

• Para indicar que no hay suficiente de algo usamos not enough tanto con contables como con incontables: There is not enough gas to get home.

Lesson 9 Writing: a film review

Good morning boys and girls!!!

Today we are going to start lesson 9. In this lesson we´ll learn how can we write a film review.
A film review tells reader about a film they haven´t seen. They can decide whether they want to see it or not.
The features in a film review are:

1- A description of the plot, the setting and main characters.
2-Who will like the film, and why.
3-An introduction with a sort description of what kind of film it is and what is about.
4-The positive and the negative things about the film.

Tag questions

Today we are going to learn how can we use Tag questions to confirm that a sentence is true.

En inglés utilizamos las Tag questions para confirmar que una oración es cierta, para verificar, reafirmar y expresar aprobación.
Los tag questions son pequeñas frases o preguntas (mini-questions) que se colocan al final de una oración afirmativa o negativa y que generalmente tienen como objetivo confirmar o negar el contenido de la frase misma. Es el equivalente al ¿verdad? español o al ¿no?
Un ejemplo sería:
¿Tienes una hermana, verdad?    You´ve got a sister, haven´t you?

Tendréis que prestar atención a:
El tiempo en el que está el verbo.
Si es el verbo to be o es otro verbo diferente.
Si la oración es afirmativa o negativa (si es afirmativa la pregunta será negativa y a la inversa, si la oración es negativa haremos la pregunta en afirmativo).
Ejemplos.
